CENTRIPUMP PPO SERIES

CentriPump PPO Series offers superior rust and corrosion properties, oxidation life and anti-wear protection. It is exceptional at controlling sludge and deposits which results in lower operating temperatures and extended oil drain intervals. CentriPump PPO Series is compatible with commonly used seal and gasket materials.

CENTRIPUMP SPO SERIES

Summit CentriPump SPO Series lubricants are manufactured from the highest quality PAO (polyalphaolefin) base stocks and advanced additive technology. CentriPump SPO Series presents many advantages over petroleum-based lubricants as well as other popular synthetic based products. CentriPump SPO Series offers superior oxidation life and excellent wear protection. In addition, it has a low pour point, high viscosity indices and excellent water demulsibility.

RECOMMENDED USES

CentriPump SPO Series is recommended for centrifugal pumps and is compatible with commonly used seal materials and equipment designed for use with petroleum oils.

ENVIROTECH EAL WR-2

EnviroTech® EAL WR-2 is an adhesive lubricant that offers excellent adhesion and water resistance for longer lubrication intervals, while contributing to longer component life and reduced wear. This product is formulated with an advanced additive system which protects against corrosion in the presence of seawater. EnviroTech® EAL WR-2 supports reduced lubricant consumption and reduced labor costs.

RECOMMENDED USES

EnviroTech® EAL WR-2 is an adhesive lubricant developed specifically for the lubrication of open gears, plain bearings and wire ropes in contact with water.

ENVIROTECH FGPL

Summit EnviroTech® FGPL is a biobased food grade penetrating lubricant formulated for use in the food processing industry. This biodegradable formulation is odorless and tasteless. It is fast acting and rapidly penetrates corrosion or carbon residue on equipment.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit EnviroTech® FGPL is suitable for use on all metals and alloys. Summit FGPL can be used on food processing equipment as a protective anti rust film, as a release agent on gaskets or seals of tank closures and as a lubricant for machine parts in locations where the potential for exposure to food exists.

FLUSHING OIL

Summit Flushing Oil is a diester based product designed for flushing lubricant circulating systems. It has excellent detergency, dispersancy, and biodegradability properties.

RECOMMENDED USES

Flushing oil is not recommended as an operational fluid. To flush a loaded system DLS®-100S is recommended.

GEO PS GAS ENGINE OIL SERIES

Summit GEO PS Gas Engine Oils are manufactured from a blend of synthetic and petroleum base stocks. They have an excellent gas engine oil additive package containing anti-wear agents, oxidation inhibitors and detergent -dispersants.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit GEO PS Gas Engine Oils are recommended for service in two-cycle and four-cycle gas engines, naturally aspirated and turbo-charged. PS-130 and PS-140 are low ash.

GEO SH GAS ENGINE OIL SERIES

Summit Synthetic SH Gas Engine Oils GEO SH-30 and GEO SH-40 are ashless and have an excellent gas engine additive package containing anti-wear agents, oxidation inhibitors and detergent-dispersants. Summit GEO SH-130 and GEO SH-140 are 100 percent full synthetic, PAO-Ester formulation with low ash, medium TBN formulations and an excellent additive package.

LUBEAIR

Lubeair lubricants are a special blend of catalytically hydrogenated, solvent refined, paraffin base stocks with very low pour points. Special additives have been blended with the base stock to enhance its physical properties and provide the following benefits: Emulsification of the moisture in the compressed air to prevent rust; Tough extreme pressure properties to protect tools from seizure and wear and provide good adherence to wet working surfaces; Resistance to oxidation to prevent lost time due to gumming and varnishing; Proper atomization for good lubrication and proper control of fogging.

RECOMMENDED USES

Lubeair air line lubricants are high-quality lubricants specially formulated for the most demanding air tool application. There are two grades, Lubeair-32 and Lubeair-68, to handle both small and large heavy-duty applications. Lubeair-32 is for small drills, grinders, vibrators, wrenches, screw drivers, air nailers and staplers, air cylinders, motors, valves and chucks. Lubeair-68 is for large drills, grinders, vibrators, hand-held tools and jackhammers.

LUBEAIR FG-22

Lubeair FG-22 air line lubricant is fortified with a special additive package which gives it excellent oxidation stability and low temperature fluidity. It also contains an emulsifier for superior performance in high moisture environments.

RECOMMENDED USES

Lubeair FG-22 air line lubricant is formulated specifically for pneumatic tools used in the food service, beverage, and packaging industries. This lubricant is NSF Registered and meets U.S.D.A. 1998 (H1) guidelines (lubricants with possible incidental food contact).

PSV-22

Summit PSV-22  synthetic blend vacuum pump oil is formulated from a vacuum distilled ultra-pure paraffinic hydrocarbon base stock to provide an extremely low vapor pressure vacuum pump lubricant.  This non-foaming fluid has excellent water separation and provides protection against wear, rust and corrosion.

RECOMMENDED USES

The PSV-22 is an extended life synthetic-blend lubricant designed to function in re-circulating systems such as liquid ring vacuum pumps which are subject to severe temperature and environmental conditions.

SBL FOOD GRADE SERIES

Summit SBL Food Grade Series synthetic lubricants are formulated to provide maximum lubrication protection and service for all positive displacement blowers including Roots, Gardner-Denver, Sutorbilt and Duroflow. Advantages over petroleum lubricants include extended lubricant life (up to 4,000 hours with oil analysis), reduced operating temperatures, better corrosion protection, enhanced low and high temperature lubricating properties, longer blower life with reduced wear, and lower maintenance costs. These fully synthetic lubricants are NSF Registered and meet USDA 1998 (H1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact). Summit is an ISO 21469 certified facility.

RECOMMENDED USES

The SBL synthetic lubricants exceed the specification requirements for all of the major manufacturers of positive displacement blowers and are compatible with most commonly used seal materials.

SBL SERIES

Summit SBL synthetic oils are formulated to provide maximum lubrication protection and service for all positive displacement blowers including Roots, Gardner-Denver, Sutorbilt, Duroflow and MD.  Advantages over petroleum lubricants include extended lubricant life (up to 8,000 hours with oil analysis), reduced operating temperatures, better corrosion protection, enhanced low and high temperature lubricating properties, longer blower life with reduced wear, and lower maintenance costs.  The SBL synthetic lubricants exceed the specification requirements for all of the major manufacturers of positive displacement blowers and are compatible with most commonly used seal materials.

RECOMMENDED USES

Built for all positive displacement blowers, including Roots, Gardner- Denver, Sutorbilt and Duroflow. SBL can also be used in fluid agitation, pulp and paper processing, pneumatic conveyor systems, environmental remediation, vacuum systems, wastewater treatment and more applications. SH GAS TURBINE OILS

Summit SH®-32T and SH®-46T synthetic gas turbine oils have been formulated to operate in land-based gas turbines under a wide range of temperatures. Synthetic hydrocarbon base stocks and selected additives combine to provide excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics, oxidation stability, wear resistance, and load-carrying ability.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit Gas Turbine Lubricants meet the requirements of specifications approved by all of the major manufacturers of gas turbines and Summit SH®-32T is approved by Solar Turbine as conforming to their ES9-224 lube oil specification for Class I ISO 32 lube oils. SHV SERIES

Summit SHV Series synthetic vacuum pump oil is formulated from vacuum distilled ultra-pure synthetic hydrocarbon base stock to provide an extremely low vapor pressure vacuum pump lubricant.  These non-foaming fluids have excellent water separation and provide protection against wear, rust and corrosion.

RECOMMENDED USES

The SHV Series is an extended life synthetic vacuum pump lubricant designed to function in applications subject to severe temperature and environmental conditions.

SYNGARD

Syngard synthetic air line lubricants are formulated from the highest quality, wax-free, synthesized hydrocarbon fluids available and fortified with an additive system designed for the most demanding air tool applications. The unique properties inherent in this synthetic air line lubricant make it especially effective in counteracting the moisture present in all compressed air. The extremely low vapor pressure and excellent metal wetting property of Syngard oil’s allow them to outperform regular lubricants and significantly reduce lubricant consumption. Here are a few of the benefits of using Syngard:

• Lower vapor pressure and unique metal wetting properties reduce lubricant consumption.

• Moisture in the compressed air is emulsified to protect metal surfaces and prevent rust.

• Enhanced extreme pressure properties protect tools from seizure and wear and provide good adherence to wet working surfaces.

• Elimination of lubricant oxidation prevents lost time due to gumming and varnishing.

• Proper atomization for good lubrication and control of fogging.

• Extremely good low temperature properties to protect equipment in adverse weather conditions

RECOMMENDED USES

Syngard oils are available in both ISO 32 and ISO 68 viscosities to accommodate both small and large air tools. When applied by an automated system, be sure to adjust your system to take advantage of Syngard oils reduced consumption capability.

THERMOYLE HT

Summit Thermoyle HT synthetic heat transfer fluids are built from a synthetic hydrocarbon base stock well suited to combat the problems of carbon formation on heated surfaces and decreased fluid life as is commonly encountered with conventional petroleum-based fluids. It does this without exhibiting the hazardous characteristics found in aromatic heat transfer fluids. The additional benefits of having an extremely low vapor pressure and sub-zero pour points allow for increased efficiency while reducing pressure build-up and evaporation losses. Using  Thermoyle HT also offers exceptional thermal stability – resistant to coking and oxidation, long operating life, low volatility, non-toxic, superior thermal conductivity, low pour point and a wide operating range.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit Thermoyle HT synthetic heat transfer fluids were designed to meet the tough thermal demands placed on high temperature heat transfer mediums.

THERMOYLE P SERIES

Summit Thermoyle P Series oil was designed to meet the tough thermal demands placed on high temperature heat transfer mediums operating at a bulk temperature up to 550º F.

RECOMMENDED USES

The hydrogenated base stock is well suited to combat the problems of carbon formation on heated surfaces and decreased fluid life as is commonly encountered with conventional petroleum-based fluids without exhibiting the hazardous characteristics found in aromatic heat transfer fluids.

VARNASOLV SERIES

Equipment Varnish Cleaner

The use of petroleum lubricants, mainly automatic transmission fluid (ATF), in rotary screw compressors, rotary vane compressors and other high temperature equipment, results in varnish and carbon formation.

The varnish and carbon deposited throughout the equipment can cause many serious operational problems, resulting in excessively high maintenance costs. Varnasolv can help reduce the problems caused by varnish and carbon. Varnasolv should be added to the existing lubricant to remove and suspend varnish while the equipment is running. Using Varnasolv eliminates the need for disassembling the equipment for cleaning. For maximum benefit, use Varnasolv before each lubricant change. Varnasolv is NSF Registered HX-2.

RECOMMENDED USES

Varnasolv is recommended in rotary screw air, gas and refrigeration compressors, centrifugal compressors, gearboxes, diesel and natural gas engines, and hydraulic systems. Additional applications for Varnasolv include cleaning high temperature chains. Varnasolv can also be used for cleaning Heat Transfer systems with temperatures up to 400°F.

Varnasolv HV is blended to a higher viscosity for minimal dilution when used in gear box lubricants.

HOW TO USE VARNASOLV

Cleaning Hydrocarbon Deposits from Equipment

Initial Clean-Out Method

Add one gallon of Varnasolv concentrate to each ten gallons of oil in the unit, first draining enough oil to allow adding the Varnasolv. Continue to run the equipment for 20 to 40 hours, allowing the treated oil to disperse and suspend the varnish. To avoid redepositing the suspended contaminants, drain the oil while warm and replace filters. Refill with new oil.

Packing: Varnasolv is available in cases (six gallons), five gallon pails or 55 gallon drums.

WO SERIES

Summit WO Series lubricants are food grade white mineral oils stabilized with a Vitamin E oxidation inhibitor. They may be used in potable water systems as well as the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food
processing, poultry, pet food, and textile industries.

Summit WO Series meets the requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (current revision) and the following FDA regulations:

WO-90

Summit WO-90 meets the requirements of National Formulary (Current revision) and the following FDA regulations:
