Premium anti-oxidants in Summit greases provide excellent thermal stability and a blend of corrosion inhibitors extend the excellent anti-corrosion nature inherent of the thickener. This ensures long life of rolling bearings operating under severe temperature and high humidity.
Greases with an aluminum complex thickener system provide excellent water resistance and a broad operating temperature range. A combination of newly developed additives and dependable NX1 additives provide excellent anti-wear/extreme pressure properties, oxidation resistance, and corrosion prevention. Special additives are employed to keep our greases in place between wash-down cycles which improves equipment and lubricant life in wet conditions.

CO-120FG EXTREME
CO-120FG Extreme is a synthetic high-temperature food grade chain oil built to excel in extreme conditions. White solid lubricants are used in place of graphite solutions, which helps to improve food safety and avoid the contamination that comes with black particles. CO-120FG Extreme is used to lubricate chains operating at temperatures up to 1,202 °F. It also offers good wetting properties and excellent penetration with high dispersion stability.
RECOMMENDED USES
CO-120FG Extreme chain oil can be used for the lubrication of transport chains operating in the food processing industry at very high temperatures, e.g. plate carrier chains in baking ovens, commonly found in bread, tortilla and pizza production lines.

ENVIROTECH EAL WR-2
EnviroTech® EAL WR-2 is an adhesive lubricant that offers excellent adhesion and water resistance for longer lubrication intervals, while contributing to longer component life and reduced wear. This product is formulated with an advanced additive system which protects against corrosion in the presence of seawater. EnviroTech® EAL WR-2 supports reduced lubricant consumption and reduced labor costs.

SUMTECH AQ-320
SumTech® AQ-320 is a Barium complex ISO 320 lubricating grease for use in wet environments. The special Barium complex thickener is resistant to steam and mild alkaline and acidic solutions preventing SumTech® AQ-320 from becoming washed out of the lubricating area. The nature of the special thickener system gives SumTech® AQ-320 a very tacky nature which is similar to the specific gravity of water, providing an unprecedented level of protection against water washout and corrosion. RECOMMENDED USES

SUMTECH EMB-160
SumTech® EMB-160 is semi-synthetic ISO 150 polyurea grease specifically designed for use in rolling element anti-friction bearings operating under extreme temperatures. The organic polyurea thickener system contains no metal ions which act as catalysts for oxidation. SumTech® EMB-160 was designed with special anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors to ensure long life of rolling bearings operating under severe temperature and high humidity.
RECOMMENDED USES
The extended service temperature range of -22ºF to 320ºF and high speed factor of 500,000 nDm makes SumTec®h EMB-160 the ideal lubricating grease for electric motor bearings designed to be lubricated for life.

SUMTECH FGCS SERIES
SumTech® FGCS grease is a 100 percent synthetic calcium sulfonate thickened lubricating grease created specifically for the food and beverage industries. SumTech FMG Series grease is NSF Registered and meets USDA 1998 (H-1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact).

SUMTECH PFPE-420
SumTech® PFPE-420 is a perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) based lubricating grease created for use in severe operating conditions caused by high temperature or aggressive chemical environments. This long-life lubricant has excellent rust inhibiting, corrosion protection and solvent washout resistant properties. It is totally inert and can be used in the presence of liquid or gaseous oxygen. SumTech® PFPE-420 meets USDA 1998 (H1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact).
RECOMMENDED USES
SumTech® PFPE-420 is ideal for use in bearings, conveyors and pumps subject to aggressive chemicals or heat. SUMTECH SG SERIES
SumTech® SG Series lubricating synthetic greases are heavy-duty multipurpose lubricating greases with development emphasis on long-term and lifetime lubrication of rolling element bearings under moderate to high load. The special lithium complex soap thickener and synthetic hydrocarbon base oil are proven components for high temperature operation. Special anti-oxidant blended additives provide oxidation stability at both low and high temperatures. Synergistic corrosion inhibitors offer protection for both ferrous and yellow metals which are commonly used in today’s rolling element bearings.
RECOMMENDED USES

SUMTECH® CSM SERIES
SumTech® CSM Series is a heavy-duty grease that offers reliable wear reduction under boundary and mixed friction conditions.
