ENVIROTECH ALL-TRAC

EnviroTech® All-Trac is an environmentally responsible universal lubricant for farm equipment, off-highway machinery, and industrial tractors. This multifunctional biobased fluid is designed for equipment requiring one lubricant for the transmission, final drive, wet brakes and hydraulic systems. It meets or exceeds the performance requirements of all major brands of farm tractors and other farm equipment that utilize a common fluid reservoir. EnviroTech® All-Trac is formulated with special friction modifiers to ensure proper operation of wet brakes and transmission clutch packs. The vegetable based formulation provides superior oxidation resistance, excellent wear protection, protects against rust and corrosion, and has exceptional anti-foam characteristics. EnviroTech® All-Trac meets or exceeds the requirements for ATD Allison C-4, Caterpillar TO-2.

RECOMMENDED USES

Classified as ultimately biodegradable (Pw1) and non-toxic, EnviroTech® All-Trac is ideal for equipment operating in environmentally sensitive areas. EnviroTech® meets the definition of a biobased lubricant as outlined in section 9001 of The Farm Security and Rural Investment Act (FSRIA) of 2002 (Public Law 107-171/ HR 2642) and qualifies for preferred procurement by U.S. Federal Agencies as set forth in FSRIA section 9002. ENVIROTECH EAL H SERIES

EnviroTech® hydraulic oils are premium environmentally responsible hydraulic fluids designed to provide exceptional performance in hydraulic and circulation systems. These vegetable based formulations have been engineered to meet or exceed the performance requirements of most hydraulic pump and system manufacturers, while satisfying the rigorous criteria for biodegradability and toxicity.  They offer the anti-wear and film strength characteristics necessary for hydraulic systems operating under high load and high pressure.  EnviroTec® hydraulic oils are inhibited for excellent protection against rust and corrosion. EnviroTech® EAL H Series complies with the “biodegradable”, “minimally-toxic” and “not bioaccumulative” standards as defined in Appendix A of the 2013 Vessel General Permit issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

RECOMMENDED USES

EnviroTech® EAL H Series hydraulic oils satisfy the requirements for ultimate biodegradability and non-toxicity making them an excellent choice for hydraulic and circulation systems operating in environmentally sensitive areas. Base oils and additives in these products pass and exceed the acute toxicity (LC-50) criteria adopted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. EPA. EnviroTech® meets the definition of a biobased lubricant as outlined in section 9001 of The Farm Security and Rural Investment Act (FSRIA) of 2002 (Public Law 107-171/ HR 2642) and qualifies for preferred procurement by U.S. Federal Agencies as set forth in FSRIA section 9002. Prior to transitioning equipment on board vessels to EnviroTech® EAL Series, the ship owner/operator should verify with the equipment manufacturer that the sealing  system is compatible for use with an EAL.

HYPAR FG SERIES

Summit HyPar FG Series hydraulic oils are formulated specially for hydraulic systems operating in the food service, beverage, and packaging industries. HyPar FG Series lubricants are NSF Registered and meet USDA 1998 (H-1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact). In addition, these hydraulic oils are Kosher approved. HyPar FG Series lubricants are fortified with oxidation inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, as well as anti-wear additives to enhance the superior qualities offered by the Food Grade base stock. HyPar FG-32, FG-46 & FG-68 lubricants do not produce an iridescent appearance (sheen) on the surface of the water when tested in accordance with the U.S. Coast Guard Static Sheen Test.

RECOMMENDED USES

HyPar FG Series hydraulic oils are ideal for the lubrication of production equipment in beverage canning, bottling operations, meat and poultry processing, dairy operations, fruit and vegetable processing, bakeries, and pharmaceutical plants.

HYPAR SERIES

Summit HyPar AW ashless hydraulic oil is a synthetic blend formulated to meet the requirements of all types of hydraulic systems.  HyPar AW is rust and oxidation inhibited to protect against rust, wear and the formation of sludge.  It is compatible with seal materials normally used in hydraulic systems. HyPar 32, 46 & 68 do not produce an iridescent appearance (sheen) on the surface of the water when tested in accordance with the U.S. Coast Guard Static Sheen Test.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit HyPar AW ashless hydraulic oil is a synthetic blend formulated to meet the requirements of all types of hydraulic systems. It contains additives necessary to meet requirements for Denison HF-O, Vickers industrial and mobile applications and Cincinnati Milacron P-68, P-69 and P-70 specifications.

BHYSYN FG SERIES

Summit HySyn FG series synthetic hydraulic oils are fortified with oxidation inhibitors as well as anti-wear additives to enhance the superior qualities offered by the synthetic hydrocarbon base stock. They are extended life lubricants and have the same excellent material compatibility as the Summit HySyn series hydraulic oils. HySyn FG-46 does not produce an iridescent appearance (sheen) on the surface of the water when tested in accordance with the U.S. Coast Guard Static Sheen Test.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit HySyn FG series synthetic hydraulic oils are formulated specially for hydraulic systems operating in the food service and packaging industry. These fully synthetic lubricants are approved by the USDA for H-1 application (lubricants with possible incidental food contact) and comply fully with the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and are Kosher approved.

HYSYN FGE SERIES

HySyn® FGE Series oils have been designed to offer the absolute best solubility that can be found in a food grade hydraulic fluid. The enhanced solubility allows hydraulic systems to operate cleaner by reducing sludge formation from contaminants being ingested into the oil. This solubility lets valves, actuators, pumps, and other key components of a hydraulic system operate smoothly with no jerking or slowed travel of valves. HySyn® FGE Series oils are ashless and are compatible with seal materials used in hydraulic systems. Excellent wear and anti-corrosion properties are also important characteristics of this series.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit HySyn® FGE Series hydraulic oils are formulated for use in hydraulic systems found in the Food & Beverage Industry (H1) usually in processing, beverage, and packaging lines. HySyn® FGE Series oils are fully synthetic and are produced in an ISO 21469 Certified Facility, and also carry Kosher Approval and Halal Certification.

HYSYN FR SERIES

HySyn FR Series fluids are based on high quality synthetic, organic, esters and carefully selected additives achieve excellent hydraulic fluid performance. They provide a lubrication level equal to premium anti-wear hydraulic oils with viscosity grades of 46 and 68. HySyn FR fluids are fire resistant with self-extinguishing properties. They are factory mutual certified, non-irritating, biodegradable, non toxic to aquatic life and contain no hazardous ingredients. HySyn FR Series fluids are not water soluble and can be removed from collector systems by standard skimming techniques.

RECOMMENDED USES

Hysyn FR Series Products are recommended for use in fire hazardous and environmentally sensitive hydraulic applications.

HYSYN SERIES

Summit HySyn ashless hydraulic oil is formulated from the highest quality synthetic hydrocarbons to meet the requirements of all types of hydraulic systems. HySyn Series lubricants are rust and oxidation inhibited to protect against rust, wear and the formation of sludge. It is compatible with seal materials normally used in hydraulic systems.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit HySyn ashless synthetic hydraulic oil contains additives necessary to meet requirements for Denison, HF-O, Vickers industrial and mobile applications and Cincinnati Milacron P-68, P-69 and P-70 specifications.

HYSYN-22

Summit HySyn-22 ashless hydraulic oil is formulated from the highest quality synthetic hydrocarbons to meet the requirements of all types of hydraulic systems. HySyn 22 is rust and oxidation inhibited and protects against the formation of sludge. It is compatible with seal materials normally used in hydraulic systems.

HySyn-22 was specifically developed for low temperature hydraulic applications and is approved by Bucyrus International, Inc. as a hydraulic oil in their (Bucyrus-Erie) 39R, 49R, and 59R Blast Hole Drills.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit HySyn-22 is primarily recommended for extended fluid and component life in extreme cold temperature applications. Included in these recommendations are applications in mobile and stationary hydraulic systems utilizing piston, vane and gear pumps operating over a wide range of pressures and temperatures.
