CO- 95 TENTER CHAIN OIL

CO-95 Tenter Chain Oil is a proven synthetic high-temperature roller chain lubricant, with a series of features that offer certain benefits.

RECOMMENDED USES

CO-95 Tenter Chain Oils were developed specifically for the chains found in fiberglass, rockwool, and gypsum ovens, but will work on most high temperature roller chains.

CO-150 TENTER CHAIN OIL

Summit CO-150 chain oil is a unique blend of the highest quality petroleum oil available today and selected synthetic base stocks. This blend contains an additive system formulated to meet the demanding requirements for a tenter chain lubricant. The formulation of Summit CO-150 requires the product to be fortified with an additive system that provides the following benefits to tenter chains: (1)Provides excellent anti-wear properties to prolong chain life; (2)a viscosity that provides for spraying the lubricant onto the chain;  (3)high temperature capabilities; (4)cleaning of the chain as it operates; (5)anti-oxidants to reduce gumming and thickening; (6)water insoluble; (7)adheres to the chain; and (8)penetration.

RECOMMENDED USES

CO-150 Tenter Chain Oil is made to lubricate roller chains, conveyor chains and equipment used in extreme temperature fiberglass, rockwool, and gypsum ovens. Note: Automatic lubrication systems are recommended.

CO-220 FG

Summit CO-220 FG chain oil has excellent wear protection for extended chain life. Its low evaporation rate delivers a reduction in oil consumption, along with little or no deposits being left on the chain.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit CO-220 FG chain oil was developed specifically for all drive, control and transport chains subject to high temperatures and loads. It is ideal for use in bakery and other high temperature chain applications in the food industry.

CO-250 HIGH TEMP CHAIN OIL

CO-250 High Temp Chain Oil is a proven synthetic high-temperature roller chain lubricant, with a series of features that offer certain benefits.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit CO-250 was specifically developed for high temperature roller chains operating at temperatures in excess of 200ºC. CO-250 should be used for the chains, steel belts and heated press platens found in continuous particle board and wood laminate machinery.

CO-320P

Summit CO-320P chain oil is a unique blend of the highest quality petroleum base stock available and a state of the art additive system. It is formulated with a special tackifier which can withstand extreme weather conditions and high shock loads.

CO-400 HIGH TEMPERATURE CHAIN OIL

Summit CO-400 High Temperature Chain Oil is a unique synthetic formulation of special ester base stocks and the latest additive technology. CO-400 has an exceptionally high smoke point and is capable of penetrating and removing carbonaceous deposits and inhibiting the formation of solid buildup. It is effective over a broad temperature range and results in lower power consumption under varying load conditions.

RECOMMENDED USES

Summit CO-400 High Temperature Chain Oil is recommended for use in the following applications: High temperature process ovens; drying operations; can and fibreboard lines; glass fibre ovens; extrusion paint lines; multi-purpose E.P. gears; tenter frames; and open bearings and many other roller chain operations requiring a lubricant with excellent heat stability.

ENVIROTECH CO FG SERIES

EnviroTech® CO FG Series chain lubricants are a specially developed, food grade chain  lubricants blended from bio-based oils and fortified with synthetic food grade white graphite. This unique high temperature formula lubricates at operating temperatures exceeding 1000ºC and meets U.S.D.A. 1998 (H1) guidelines for applications where incidental food contact is possible.

It does not contain VOCs and will out-perform other lubricants containing molybdenum disulfide, black graphite, or Teflon®.  In addition, EnviroTech CO FG contains a natural self-cleaning property which cleans the buildup on chains attributable to the use of inferior chain lubricants. This superior chain lubricant provides excellent protection against wear, rust, oxidation, and corrosion.

RECOMMENDED USES

Use EnviroTech® CO FG Series for chains exposed to high service temperatures which exceed those recommended for conventional lubricants.  This product is ideal for oven chains used in plants which produce bread, cookies, cakes and other baked food products.  It is also suitable for can making where decorative coatings are being cured or applied. EnviroTech® CO FG can also be used in non-food grade high temperature applications.
